Generate an Appeal
You started from the Appealing Surgery Denials page. We'll pre-fill your procedure as Surgery later in the process. You can still change it if needed.
What we try to keep in your browser
We try to keep your name and street address in your browser, like a cookie, rather than on our server. You can clear them in your browser's settings, or by unticking Remember what I typed above. If you join the mailing list, we send your name and email to our server for it.
How we store your email
With your appeal we keep a scrambled version of your email (a hash), so you can ask us to remove it later. We also keep your real email on our server, tied to this browser, so the links back into your appeal work. If you turn on follow-ups or faxing, we keep your real email so we can remind you when the insurer's deadlines may have passed, and we may email you a better draft if our first one wasn't good. You can use a temporary email service, like Proton Mail. If you join the mailing list, we keep your name and real email for it. Our privacy policy has the details.
